Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Juanovio International Trading Inc. handles personal information through this website and related commercial inquiry correspondence.

Company & privacy contact

Juanovio International Trading Inc. is established in New Jersey, United States. For questions about this policy or requests concerning your personal information, contact privacy@juanovio.com.

Inquiry information & purpose

The inquiry form collects contact and company details, country, inquiry type, category and product specifications, optional quantity and unit details, optional sourcing and delivery locations, and a message. We use this information to assess the opportunity, respond to your inquiry, and manage related commercial follow-up. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing communications. Do not submit sensitive financial documents. Uploads are disabled.

Inquiry delivery

The application sends submitted inquiry details and the privacy acknowledgment to a configured company mailbox without creating a separate inquiry database. Authorized personnel use these emails to review and respond to inquiries. Inquiry contents are not included in our analytics events.

Service providers & processing locations

We use third-party hosting, email-delivery, and mailbox providers to operate this website and receive commercial inquiries. These providers process submitted information to provide their services. Information is processed in the United States and may also be processed in other countries used by our providers, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, the required safeguards must be in place for that transfer.

Inquiry email retention

Our retention policy is to delete unanswered inquiry emails 30 days after receipt if no commercial discussion develops, and closed inquiry emails 30 days after closure. Where an inquiry develops into a commercial relationship, we retain relevant correspondence while that relationship is active. After it ends, we review that correspondence periodically and retain it only while needed for documented commercial purposes, applicable recordkeeping obligations, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. Records no longer needed are deleted. These rules require an operational mailbox review and deletion process; the website does not automatically delete mailbox messages.

Provider copies & deletion

Email-delivery records, deleted-message folders, and provider backups may retain separate copies after an inquiry is removed from our active mailbox. These copies follow the applicable provider retention and deletion schedules. Deleting a delivery-provider record does not delete the email delivered to our mailbox. We do not promise that every provider or backup copy is erased within our 30-day inquiry retention period. Contact privacy@juanovio.com with questions about deletion of your inquiry information.

Security & site storage

The site uses session cookies for form security and temporary rate-limit data to mitigate abuse. Hosting systems may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. Inquiry validation, spam controls, and restricted mailbox access help protect submitted information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please avoid including sensitive financial or identity documents in an inquiry.

Google Analytics & your choice

When analytics is enabled, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager load only after you allow analytics. Before acceptance, the site does not load Google analytics tags. Analytics measures page visits and successful inquiries by inquiry type; submitted inquiry contents are not included in these events. Advertising consent remains denied. Google may process usage and device data and set analytics cookies after permission. Your analytics choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days, or until the consent notice version changes. This preference period is separate from the retention of data by Google.

Withdrawing analytics permission

Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change or withdraw your choice. Withdrawal stops subsequent application analytics events and, when the preference can be saved, reloads the page to remove loaded Google tags. Existing Google cookies are not explicitly deleted, and withdrawal does not erase information already transmitted to Google. If browser storage is unavailable, the choice applies to the current page; withdrawal sends a denied consent update and stops application events, but already loaded third-party code may remain until the page is reloaded.

Google Analytics data retention

Our GA4 property is configured with an event-data retention period of 2 months and a user-data retention period of 14 months. Reset on new user activity is enabled, so new activity renews the retention period for the user identifier and associated user data. These controls apply to the user-level and event-level data covered by Google Analytics retention settings; they do not limit standard reporting based on aggregated data. They are separate from our 180-day browser consent preference and our inquiry-email retention policy.

Google processing

Google processes analytics information on infrastructure that may be located in the United States and other countries. Its privacy and data-processing terms describe its processing and international-transfer arrangements. Allowing analytics is optional; you can submit a commercial inquiry without accepting analytics.

Reasons and legal bases for processing

We process information you provide to assess and respond to your commercial inquiry and manage related correspondence. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interests in handling requested business communications and protecting the website, balanced against your rights and reasonable expectations. Where you personally request steps toward a contract with us, or have a contract with us, necessary processing may instead be based on those steps or that contract. We rely on consent for optional analytics and on applicable legal obligations where records must be retained or disclosed. The form privacy acknowledgment records your awareness of inquiry processing; it is separate from analytics consent and is not a waiver of your rights.

Access & responsibility

Access to inquiry emails is limited to authorized personnel who need the information to handle inquiries, related commercial activity, or privacy requests. The company owner is the designated contact for privacy requests and may assign their handling to an authorized representative.

Your rights & requests

Contact privacy@juanovio.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Where possible, use the email address associated with your inquiry and provide enough detail to locate the relevant correspondence. If verification is needed, we will use proportionate steps, such as confirmation through the email address already on record. If that address is no longer available, we will consider reasonable alternative verification. Do not send identity documents unless specifically requested through an appropriate channel.

Rights and handling requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to obtain access or a portable copy, correct or delete information, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or withdraw consent. These rights may be subject to exceptions, including legal recordkeeping requirements, protection of other people, and legal claims. We locate relevant records under our control, assess the request, protect other people’s information when providing copies, and seek provider assistance where necessary. We explain our response, any valid reason for retaining information, and limits affecting provider or backup copies. We respond within applicable legal time limits. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing undertaken before withdrawal.

Appeals & complaints

If you disagree with our response, email privacy@juanovio.com with the subject Privacy request appeal. The owner or an authorized representative will review the decision and explain the outcome within any applicable legal deadline. You may also complain to the privacy or consumer-protection authority with jurisdiction over your concern, including the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs or, where applicable, the data-protection authority in your country. Contacting us first is not a condition of making a complaint to an authority.

Policy updates

We may update this policy when our practices or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Where required, we will provide additional notice or seek consent before using information for a materially different purpose.
